摘要:
目的:观察射频治疗室性心律失常的疗效,以替代抗心律失常药物。方法:利用体表心电图12导联定位及心内电生理标测进行射频消融治疗室性早搏21例。结果:体表心电图可基本确定其发生部位,射频电极标测室性早搏提前时间在20～40ms,并局部起搏图形与室性早搏一致,采用12～40W,3～7min消融,成功率86%。根据Holter随访具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:只要标测定位准,其疗效是肯定的,可部分或基本替代抗心律失常药 物,并避免药物所致的副作用。
Abstract:
AIM: To evaluate the radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia instead of antiarrythmic drug. METHODS: Radiofrequency ablation was performed in 21 patients by endocardial electrophysiologic examination and by surface ECG lead 12l ocation. RESULTS:These 21 cases demonstrated that surface ECG could basically locate the ventricular premature beat,which could be detected 20～ 40 ms ealier than by normal radio frequency electrode, and the focalpacing figure is consistantto the ventricular premature beat. Radiofrequency ablation was performed by 12～40W,3～7min,and proved effective in 86% of the patients.This investigation showed statistic meaning followed by Holter(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: This technique is effective on condition that the location is precise and it can be used as a substitute for antiarrythmic drug to avoid side effects.
