摘要:
血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对各种程度的心力衰竭(心衰)患者都具有重要作用,剂量宜大,及早应用对心衰形成的干预作用更明显。重症心衰患者宜用螺旋内酯。β-阻滞剂已被列入中度心衰(心功能Ⅱ级)患者标准的三联用药之一。
