摘要:
目的:观察房室瓣脱垂的程度与心功能变化的关系。方法:门诊及住院患者960例。其中274例做瓣膜修复术或瓣膜替换术。利用超声心动图观察房室瓣的形态、大小及活动情况。测量心搏量,心输出量、左室射血分数,短轴缩短率等心功能指标。结果:Ⅰ级房室瓣脱垂心功能没有明显改变,Ⅱ级房室瓣脱垂心功能为正常低值,Ⅲ级房室瓣脱垂心功能明显下降,尤以左室射血分数及短轴缩短率下降明显。结论:超声心动图观察到房室瓣脱垂程度与心功能有关联。
Abstract:
AIM: To assess the relationship between degree of atrial-ventriculas valve prolapse and cardiac function with echocardiography. METHODS: We examinated 960 patients with heart murmur, used routine sections, and observed the shape, size and movement of mitrial and tricuspid valves. They were classed intoⅠ～Ⅲ grades in valve prolapse. The SV, CO, EF and FS cardiac function parameters were recorded. RESULTS: Cardiac function showed no change in Grade One atrial-ventriculas valve prolapse. The cardiac function in Grade Two prolapse was found low but stile considered normal. There was a descent of cardiac function in Grade Three, EF and FS being especially obvious. CONCLUSION: The degrees of mitral and tricupid valve prolapse and cardic function was associated.
