摘要:
心力衰竭时压力负荷和容量负荷增加可刺激B型钠尿肽(BNP)的分泌,引起排钠利尿及扩张血管,从而减轻心衰症状、改善心功能。BNP的增加是心衰的标志物,本文对BNP的临床意义及有关BNP的药物作一综述。
