摘要:
目的:观察川芎嗪对压力超负荷大鼠心肌凋亡动态变化的影响。方法:SD大鼠,缩窄腹主动脉建立压力超负荷模型;按缩窄与否随机分为手术组(OG)、手术+川芎嗪干预组(OG+TMP)和假手术组(SOG)。采用脱氧核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端原位标记(TUNEL)法,检测心肌细胞凋亡指数(CAI)。结果:OG组与OG+TMP组各时间点的CAI均高于SOG组(CAI为 0)。OG组与 OG+TMP组相比较,OG+TMP组的 CAI呈显著性降低趋势(多数 P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪不能逆转压力超负荷大鼠的心肌凋亡,但有减缓心肌凋亡发生的趋势,具有心脏保护作用。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe the effect of Tetramethlpyrazine(TMP) on the dynamic changes in myocardial apoptosis of pressure-overload SD rats. METHODS: The pressure overloaded models were established by contracting abdominal aorta of SD rats.On the basis of their being constricted or not, the rats were randomly divided into operation(OG), operation plus TMP injetion(OG+TMP) and sham operation group (SOG).Cardiac myocyte apoptosis index(CAI) of each group was semiquantitative determined by in situ TDT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL). REULTS: The CAI of OG and that of OG+TMP were all significantly higher than CAI of SOG(CAI is0 ). There was a significant statistical difference in CAI between OG and OG+TMP, which revealed an affirmative diretion that TMP could alleviate CAI(most P<0.05). CONCLUSION: TMP could not avoid but could slow down myocardial apoptosis induced in pressure-overload SD rats, which suggests that TMP may have have a protective effect on heart.
