摘要:
目的:观察复方鳖甲软肝方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心室重构及左室功能各项指标的影响。方法:12周龄SHR50只随机分为5组,即空白对照组(SHR-C组)、依那普利组(SHR-Y组)及复方鳖甲小剂量组(SHR-B1组)、中剂量组(SHR-B2组)、大剂量组(SHR-B3组),每组10只。并以正常SD大鼠10只作对照,称为SD组。治疗10周后测定各组大鼠收缩压(SBP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室压力微分值最大(±dp/dtmax)、心脏质量指数(HMI)、左室质量指数(LVMI)以及胶原蛋白含量等指标。结果:治疗10周后,SHR-Y组的SBP、HMI、LVMI较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),而SHR-B各组显著改变;SHR-Y组,SHR-B2组及SHR-B3组的LVEDP较对照组显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。SHR-Y组的+dp/dtmax较对照组显著增大(P<0.05),SHR-B各组无显著改变。SHR-Y组及SHR-B各组的-dp/dtmax较对照组显著增大(P<0.01或P<0.05)。SHR-Y组、SHR-B2组及SHR-B3组胶原蛋白含量较对照组均显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝方无明显降压功能,但可通过抑制心肌纤维化,有效影响SHR的心室重构,改善左室功能。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate the effects of biejia ruangan recipe on cardiac remolding and left ventricula rperformance in spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR). METHODS: 12-week-old SHRs were divided randomly into 5 groups: the SHR-C group(untreated), the SHR-Y group (treated with Enalapril), the SHR-B1, the SHR-B2 and the SHR-B3 groups (treated with the low, middle and high dose of biejia ruangan reciper espectively), each group consisting of 10 rats. And 10 normal SD rats were used as the negative control. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), left ventricular end diastolicpressure(LVEDP), maximalascending and descending velocity oftheleft ventricular pressure (±dp/dtmax), heart mass index(HMI), left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and left ventricular collagen contents were determined after 10 weeks' treatment. RESULTS:After 10 weeks' treatment, compared with SHR-C, the SBP, HMI, LVMI of SHR-Y were significantly decreased (P<0.01), but there was no difference in the eparameters between SHR-C and SHR-B; the LVEDP of SHR-Y, SHR-B2 and SHR-B3 were significantly decreased (P < 0.01orP<0.05); the +dp/dtmax of SHR-Y were increased (P<0.05), but there was no difference in the separameters between SHR-C and SHR-B; the -dp/dtmax of SHR-Y and SHR-B were significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the left ventricular collagen contents of SHRY, SHR-B2 and SHR-B3 were significantly decreased (P<0.01orP<0.05). CONCLUSION: Although biejia ruangan recipe has no significant effect on decreasing blood pressure, it can influence the remolding of the left ventricle and improve the function of the lef tventricleby inhibiting myocardialf ibrosis.
