目的:探讨重现量化分析(RQA)方法评测心肺系统非线性耦合中的可行性。方法:健康家兔17只,采用RQA方法,分析了17只家兔在注射异丙肾上腺素前后呼吸-心率和呼吸-血压的耦合关系的变化。结果:注射异丙肾上腺素后,重现百分比、决定性百分比和重现熵都发生了显著的变化(与注射前比,均P<0.05)。结论:RQA方法可用于分析心肺系统的非线性耦合。
Abstract:
AIM:To evaluate the feasibility of recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) in measuring cardiorespiratory nonlinear coupling. METHODS: RQA methods were applied to experimental data obtained from 17 rabbits. The changes of nonlinear coupling patterns of respiration-heart rate and respiration-blood pressure were observed before and after isoprenaline wasused. RESULTS: The percent recurrence, thep ercent determinism and the entropy of recurrence were significantly different(P<0.05) after isoprenaline was used. CONCLUSION: RQA is valuable in quantifying different degrees of non-linear coupling of respiration and cardiovascular variability signals.
