摘要:

目的:探讨冠心病和脑卒中的死亡率在汉中农村人口中的变动趋势。方法:按照WHOMONICA方案进行冠心病和脑卒中的死亡监测。结果:18年间(1983～2000)冠心病的平均死亡率为53.4/10万,呈明显下降的趋势(P<0.01),脑卒中的平均死亡率为115.9/10万,无明显下降的趋势(P>0.05),冠心病和脑卒中的死亡率有随着年龄的增加而上升的趋势(P<0.01),男性的死亡率显著高于女性(P<0.01)。结论:汉中农村人口中冠心病和脑卒中的死亡率随年龄增大而增加,且男性高于女性,老年男性应是预防的重点人群。

Abstract:

AIM:To explore the trend of mortality of coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke in rural area in Hanzhong. METHODS: The surce illance of CHD and storke motalities were performed according to the WHOMONICA project. RESULTS: The mortality of CHD was 53.4/100,000. The mortality of stroke was 115.9/100,000. There was asignificant decreasing trend of CHD (P<0.01).The mortality was increased with age(P<0.01).The mortality of males was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The mortalities of stroke and CHD were increased with age in rural population. The mortality of male was significantly higher than that of female. Preventive measures should be taken especially fo relderly males.
