摘要:
目的:研究老年阵发性房颇(PAF)患者体表心电图f-f间期变化与房颇持续时间及心房电重构的关系。方法:选择无心房扩大,患有初发或新近发生的PAF的老年人,于随访期前后分别进行24h Holter监测,同意者行心脏电生理检查测右房有效不应期(ERP),随访半年。结果:人选32例,有9例于随访期前后行心电生理检查,5例失访。采集到以下数据:24h 房颤发作次数(N)较基线没有显著变化(24±4 vs 24±4, P>O.05);24h 房颤发作累计时间(TT)显著延长(236±32 min vs 289±31 min,P<0.01);最长一次发作持续时间(LT)无显著差异(42±12 min vs 45±12 min, P>0.05);24 h平均持续时间(MT)显著延长(8.1±1.2 min vs 10.2 ±1.6 m n, P<0.01),平均f-f间期(Mf-f)显著缩短(0.15±0.02 s vs 0 .11±0.01 s, P<0.05).ERP与对照相比显著缩短(208±11 ms vs 191±8 ms, P
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the relationship between surface ECG f-f interval changes and atrial fibrillation(AF) duration and atrial electrical remodeling in the elderly with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).METHODS;The geriatric patients with non-organic cardiac disease based PAF were investigated through the 6 months follow-up. Before and after the follow-up period,the 24h Holter mornitoring to all participants and electrophysiologic study to 9 of them were performed. RESULTS: Compaired with baseline,there were no significant changes of total numer of PAF recorded by Holter mornitoring within 24 h(24±4 vs 24±4, P>O.05). The total time(TT) of the duration of PAF markedly increased(236±32 min vs 289±31 min,P<0.01). No significant changes of the longest time(LT) of the longest-duration AF were observed(42±12 min vs 45±12 min, P>0.05).The mean duration of the fibrillation(MT) significantly prolonged(8.1±1.2 min vs 10.2 ±1.6 m n, P<0.01).
