摘要:
目的:研究载脂蛋白E基因多态性与冠心病的相关因素的关联性。方法:测定121例冠心病患者(均经冠脉造影证实)的基因型。基因型的测定采用PCR-RELP方法。冠状动脉狭窄诊断标准按QCA方法确定。患者的血脂水平按常规方法测定。结果:发现5种基因型,分别为E2/2, E2/3, E3/3, E3/4, E4/4。其中,E4等位基因型频率明显增高(P<0.05 ),与E2/2+E2/3比较,E3/3,E 3/4+E4/4基因型的患者冠状动脉多发狭窄比率偏高,狭窄程度偏重(P<0.05 );E3/4+E4/4等位基因型的冠心病携带者发病年龄偏小(P<0.0 5);E3/4+E4/4组基因型的患者总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白高于其他基因型(P<0. 01)。结论:载脂蛋白E基因多态性与冠心病早发、严重度和血脂水平相关。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the relatioship between apolipoprotein E (apoE) polymorphism and risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS:Genes of 121 CHD patients were measured by PCR-RELPs method. Diagnostic stands of CHD were measured by coronary angiography(CAG). The stands of coronary atherosclerotic stenosis were determined by QCA. Serum lipid levels were measured according to routine methods. RESULTS:Five genotypes of apoE E2/2, E2/3, E3/3, E3/4 and E4/4 were detected in this study,among which apoE4 is most frequently found(P<0.05). Compared with the patients with E2/2+E2/3,more patients with E3/3 and E3/4+E4/4 suffered coronary atherosclerotic stenosis with upgraded severity(P<0.05). And the patients with E3/4+E4/4 were younger than other patients (P<0. 05). TC and LDL-C patients with E3/4+E4/4 were higher than those of the other gene groups(P<0. 01).CONCLUSION: apoE gene polmorphism is associatied not only with the occurrence and development of early-onset and severity of CHD but also with plasma lipid.
