摘要:
目的:初步评估超声检测胃十二指肠动脉(GDA)、肝总动脉(CHA)的显示率与正常值范围,观察进食前后GDAXHA血流参数的变化。方法:应用二维及彩色多普勒超声分别测量30例正常成人空腹和服用250 g/L葡萄糖200 ml后40 min测GDA,CHA的血流动力学参数的变化。结果:正常成人GDA二维超声与彩色多普勒显像的显示率分别为91%和96%,餐后GDA,CHA血管内径、血流速度和血流量商于餐前,PI,RI变化不显著。结论:掌握GDAXHA的检查方法及正常值范围对临床有重要意义,进餐对GDA,CHA血流参数有显著影响。
Abstract:
AIM:To explore the acoustic imaging window and ultrasonic examination method of gastroduodenal artery (GDA) and common heptic artery (CHA) and to observe the effect of food ingestion on blood flow dynamics of GDA and CHA. METHODS:2-Dimesional ultrasonography and color Doppler were applied in analysing the parameters of GDA and CHA of hollow normal subjects before and 40 min after 200 ml 250 g/L glucose solution ingestion. RESULTS:The imaging ratio of GDA by 2 -Dimesional ultrasonography and color Doppler were 91 % and 96 % respectively. The parameters of GDA and CHA of normal adult subjects changed differently. The diamond and flow velocity and blood flow volume increased after glucose ingestion,and there was no significant difference in PI and RI. CONCLUSION:It is of high clinical value to use ulrasonography to illustrate the GDA and CHA and to analyse the parameters for them. Ingestion has significant effect on the parameters of GDA and CHA.
