摘要:
目的:探讨低密度脂蛋白(LDL )氧化在老年动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成中的作用。方法:老年冠心病患者65 例(心纹痛患者37例、心肌梗死患者28例)和正常老年人22例，检测其血清中软化修饰低密度脂蛋白抗体(OX-LDL-Ab )滴度.结果:老年冠心病患者血清中OX-LDL-Ab滴度显著商于正常对照组(P<0.01 )，其中心肌梗死组最高.结论:老年冠心病患者体内低密度脂蛋白(LDL )载化修饰增加，促进AS的形成和发展.
Abstract:
AIM:This study is to determine the action of oxidized Low-density lipoprotein in aged patients with coronary artery disease. METHODS:Serum autoantibody to oxidized low-density lipoprotein(OX-LDL-Ab) titres were measured by ELISA method in 65 aged patients with coronary artery disease (37 cases of angina，28 cases of myocardiol infarction) and 22 cases of control. RESULTS:OX-LDL-Ab titres in aged patients with coronary artery disease，espicially in aged patients with myocardiol infarction，are obviously higher than that in serum of control group. CONCLUSION:The oxidation enhancement of low-density lipoprotein in aged patients can accelerate AS.
