摘要:
目的:分析三支冠状动脉病变患者的心电图特点.方法:对经冠状动脉造影证实有三支冠状动脉病变且有典型心纹痛的102例患者，根据心电图结果ST-T段改变将其分为:ST-T段改变组，48例，无ST-T改变组，54例.结果:①102例患者中，有48例(47%)患者有不同导联的心电图ST-T段缺血性改变，有54例(5300)患者的心电图在心纹痛发作时无ST-T改变.②ST-T段改变组中有3例并发高血压，2例并发糖尿病，无ST-T改变组有9例并发高血压，6例并发糖尿病,6例同时并发高血压和搪尿病，两组间并发相关疾病的情况有显著性差异(P<0.05 ),结论:三支冠状动脉病变患者当心纹痛发作时，心电图无明显ST-T改变者占一半以上，且该类患者更可能并发有高血压、糖尿病等疾病。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyze the electrocardial characteristics of the patients with three coronary artery lesions. METHODS:102 patients with three coronary artery lesions were diagnosed by coronary angiography. They were divided into the group with ST-T segment changes (48 cases) and the group without ST-T segment changes (54 cases). RESULTS:①48 (4700)patients had myocardial ischemic changes of ST-T segment in ECG when angina pectoris was attackig and 54 (530% ) patients had no ST-T segment changes.②In the group with ST-T segment changes，3 patients with the complication of hypertention，2 patients with diabetes mellitus. In the group without ST-T segment changes，9 patients with complication of hypertention，6 patients with diabetes mellitus，6 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus( P<0.05 ).CONCLUSION: Among those who have three coronary artery lesions,there will be more than half of the patients that have no ST-T segment changes in ECG when the angina pectoris occurs,and they are much easy to have the complication with hypertention and diabetes mellitus.
