摘要:
目的: 探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori ,HP) 感染与冠心病的关系,进一步了解HP 感染在冠心病发病中的 作用。方法: 应用14C 尿素呼气试验对冠心病组(101 例) 和非冠心病组(53 例) 进行测定;应用ELISA 法测定血清HP 抗体(HPIgG) , 确证慢性HP 感染;分别应用ELISA 法及放射免疫法测定冠心病组IL-6 及内皮素-1 (ET-1) 。结果: ① 冠心病组血清HPIgG阳性率显著高于非冠心病组(46 % vs 28 % , P < 0. 05) ; ②冠心病组14C 尿素呼气试验阳性率显 著高于非冠心病组(54 %vs 30 % , P < 0. 01) ; ③冠心病组慢性HP 感染者血浆ET-1 水平显著高于非HP 感染者( P < 0. 05) ; ④现症HP 感染与糖尿病及空腹血糖升高有关( P < 0. 05) 。结论: HP 慢性感染与冠心病有关。HP 慢性感 染者血浆内皮素水平显著升高。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate the relation of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and coronary heart disease (CHD) . METHODS: HPIgG and interleukin-6 (ELISA) were measured and Carbon-14 urea breath test was performed in a total of 101 CHD cases and 53 healthy subjects , and endothelin-1 (RIA) was measured in 53 healthy subjects. RESULTS : ①The rate of seropositive and HPIgGin CHD patients was significantly higher than that of the controls (46 % vs 28 % , P < 0. 05) . ② The positive rate for Carbon214 urea breath test in CHD patients was significantly higher than that of the controls(54 % vs 30 % , P < 0. 01) . ③ For the CHD cases ,the level of plasma endothelin-1 in these of seropositive HPIgGwas higher than that of the patients with seronegative HP( P < 0. 05) . ④For the cases of positive Carbon-14 urea breath test in CHD patients , the level of plasma GLU was higher than that of those with negative Carbon214 urea breath test ( P < 0. 05) . CONCLUSION: Chronic HP infection may be associated with CHD.
