摘要:
构建组织工程瓣膜( TEHV) 的先决条件是种植类似天然瓣膜的种子细胞,种子细胞的获取是构建组织工程瓣膜的核心问题。由于异体细胞表达一定的抗原性,特别是内皮细胞具有强烈的免疫原性,因此,组织工程一般主张取受体自身的细胞作为种子细胞的来源。近年来,随着干细胞研究的不断深入,以自体骨髓间质干细胞和内皮祖细胞作为种子细胞受到广泛关注。本文综述了TEHV 种子细胞的研究进展。
