摘要:
目的 研究扩张型心肌病(IDCM)血清Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅠ、PCⅢ)水平与左室结构及收缩功能的关系。方法 IDCM患者53例,健康人32例为对照组,应用放射免疫法测定血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ,应用超声心动仪测量左室结构指标及左室射血分数(LVEF)。分析IDCM血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ与左室结构指标、LVEF关系。结果 IDCM组血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ高于对照组(P<0.01)。简单线性相关分析揭示IDCM血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ分别与舒张末期左室内径、左室质量指数(LVMI)正相关(P<0.05),与LVEF负相关(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ分别与LVEF负相关,与左室结构指标无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 IDCM血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ升高;反映左室收缩功能降低。
Abstract:
AIM To study the relationship between levels of serum typeⅠ and Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅠ, PCⅢ) ,and left ventricular structure and systolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM). METHODS Serum PCⅠ and PCⅢ were measured by radioimmunoassay in 53 IDCM patients and 32 healthy people. Left ventricular structure indexes and ejection fraction (LVEF) were obtained by echocardiography. Relationship between serum PCⅠ and PCⅢ, and left ventricular structure indexes, LVEF was assessed. RUSULTS Serum PCⅠand PCⅢ were higher in the IDCM patients than in the healthy people (P<0.01). Simple linear correlation analysis showed serum PCⅠand PCⅢ were respectively positively related to enddiastolic left ventricular diameter and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) (P<0.05), negatively related to LVEF (P<0.01); while by multivariate stepwise regression analysis, serum PCⅠand PCⅢ were negatively related to LVEF (P<0.01),but was not correlated with left ventricular structure indexes (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Serum PCⅠand PCⅢ were higher in the IDCM patients. The worse left ventricular contractive function appeared.
