摘要:
目的 观测和分析高血压病患者脑血管血流动力学指标的变化特征。方法 在门诊患者或体检人群中选择单纯高血压病患者91例,同时选择血压正常者92例(对照组),进行脑血管血流动力学指标(CVHP)检测,并以统一的方法计算脑血管功能积分。比较两组间CVHP及脑血管功能积分的差异。结果 高血压病组脑血流量、平均脑血流速度、最大脑血流速度、最小脑血流速度、舒张压与临界压差值,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);外周阻力、特性阻抗、脉搏波波速、动态阻力、临界压显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。高血压病组和对照组的脑血管功能积分分别为81±26和94±13(P<0.01)。结论 高血压病患者的CVHP普遍呈现异常改变,脑血流量、血流速度和脑血管功能积分降低,血管阻力和阻抗等指标升高。
Abstract:
AIM To probe into characteristics of cerebral vascular hemodynamic parameters(CVHP) change in hypertension patients. METHODS Participants were selected from outpatients and medical examination individuals. 92 hypertension patients and 91 normal individuals were enlisted in the study. Subjects of both groups were free of other risk factors of stroke. All of participants received checkup of CVHP and cerebral vascular function scores(CVFS) were estimated according to CVHPs. Differences in CVHPs and CVFSs were compared. RESULTS CVHPs such as Qmean, Vmean, Vmax, Vmin and DP in the hypertension group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). However, Rv, Zcv, WV, DR, CP were significantly higher than those of the controls(P<0.05). CVFSs between the two group were also significantly different and the means were 81±26 and 94±13 respectively(P<0.01). CONCLUSION CVHP in hypertension patients usually undergoes abnormal changes which is characterized as the decrease in cerebral blood quantity, velocity, CVFS and increase in resistance and impedance.
