摘要:
目的 观察葛根素注射液和参脉注射液治疗心房纤颤的疗效。方法 采用随机分组对照方法，将168例心房纤颤患者随机分为两组，均给予西药口服，治疗组106例加用葛根素注射液及参脉注射液静脉滴注，对两组的总疗效，心悸气短胸闷憋气等症状的改善情况，心电图及心肌酶谱的改善情况，以及不同类型心脏疾病之间的有效率进行观察。结果 治疗组的总有效率、心电图和心肌酶谱的改善均显著优于对照组（均P<0.05)。结论 葛根素及参脉注射液联合应用较单纯西药治疗效果更好。
Abstract:
AIM To study the effects of kakkonein and Shenmai on atrial fibrillation. METHODS 102 patients who suffered from atrial fibrillation due to different causes were randomly divided into control group and therapeutic group. The control group were treated with western medicine orally and the therapeutic group were treated with intravenous kakkonein and Shenmai. The total effect and the electrocardiogram and the myocardial zymogram were compared between the two groups. RESUTLS Compared with the control group, the therapeutic group shewed better total effect and greater improvement in the electrocardiogram and the myocardial zymogram(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Intravenous treatment of kakkonein and Shenmai is better than western medicine for atrial fibrillation.
