摘要:
目的 评价Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)对冠状动脉介入术后的心功能恢复的影响。方法 伴有DM和无DM的冠心病患者共53例,均行冠状动脉造影诊断。无DM者为A组(30例),有DM者为B组(23例),并且两组分别行冠状动脉介入术。术前、术后3月通过二维超声心动图(2DE)观察两组的心功能变化。结果 术前两组左室射血分数(LVEF)无显著差异[(50±7)% vs (49±6)%,P>0.05)]。术后A组为(60±5)%,B组为(55±4)%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 无DM患者冠状动脉介入术后的心功能较DM患者改善更加显著。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effects of typeⅡdiabetes mellitus(DM) on left ventricular function post coronary intervention. METHODS CAG were performed in 53 patients including DM and nonDM. The patients were divided into group A(30 patients without DM) and group B(23 patients with DM). Coronary interventions were undergone to them.LVEF was measured by twodimensional echocardiography (2DE) preintervention and 3 months after the coronary intervention respectively.RESULTS LVEF in group A was (60±5)% while LVEF in group B was (55±4)%(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Patients without DM are improved significantly in heart function.
