摘要:
目的 报道58例特发性永久性心房颤动(房颤)患者经药物、电复律、射频消融、起搏等多种方法治疗的结果。方法 药物、电复律、射频消融、起搏等方法治疗永久性房颤。结果 单纯药物复律30例,平均复律天数为8±5 d;电复律22例;药物及电复律不成功6例,占10%。随访期间临床治愈12例,显效19例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率76%;复律组行肺静脉口射频消融18例,临床治愈4例,显效5例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率78%,2例植入抗房颤起搏器有效。结论 药物、电复律、射频消融及起搏器联合应用明显提高特发性永久性房颤的疗效。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate the effects of drug, electric cardiovertion, radiofrequency ablation and implantable antiatrialfibrillation pacemaker on patients with persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation. METHODS 58 patients with persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation were treated with drug or electric cardiovertion, radiofrequence ablation and antiatrialfibrillation pacemaker.RESULTS 30 patients were successfully converted to sinus rhythm by drug. The mean conversion time of drug was 8±5 days. 22 patients were converted by electric cardioversion. 10% of cases(6 of 58) failed to be converted by both methods. In followup period, 12 cases of patients were cured, 19 cases were significantly improved, 14 cases showed moderate improvement, and 8 cases showed no improvement. The total effective rate was 76%. Of the 18 cardioversion patients;4 were cured , 5 cases significantly improved, 5 cases moderately improved, and 4 cases showed no improvement. The total efficiency rate was 75%(14 of 18). 2 cases got improvement by antiatrial fibrillation pacemaker. CONCLUSION Combination treatment of drug, electric cardioversion, radiofreqency ablation and antiatrial fibrillation pacemaker can improve curative rate of persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation.
