摘要:
目的 了解过氧化物酶体激活物增殖受体γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ,PPARγ)在高血压病患者血管组织中的表达,以及不同年龄患者间表达的差异。方法 收集高血压病患者及正常血压者手术废弃组织中的动脉血管,采用免疫组化法结合图像信号分析技术,检测动脉血管组织内膜及中膜中PPARγ的表达。 结果 高血压病组动脉血管组织中PPARγ的表达显著高于血压正常组(P<0.05);而>65岁高血压病组动脉血管组织中PPARγ的表达高于<65岁高血压病组(P<0.05)。结论 高血压病患者血管组织中PPARγ的表达升高,且随着年龄的增长,PPARγ的表达增高更加明显。提示PPARγ与高血压病的发生及发展相关。
Abstract:
AIM To study the expression of PPARγ in arterial tissues of patients with essential hypertension and its change during aging. METHODS Samples of arteries of both hypertensive subjects and normotensive controls after surgeries were collected for immunohistochemical analysis of PPARγ expression. RESULTS The expression of PPARγ was significantly higher in arterial vasculature in hypertensive patients than that in normotensive controls (P<0.05 ), and that in the patients over 65 years was the highest. CONCLUSION An increased level of vascular PPARγ expression in hypertensive patients and its positive correlation with ages suggest that PPARγ may be related to the development of hypertension.
