摘要:
受磷蛋白(PLN)是一个主要在肌质网中表达的含有52个氨基酸的单跨膜蛋白,通过可逆磷酸化调节肌质网钙离子ATP酶(SERCA2a)的活性,在心肌细胞中可以影响钙离子的循环。受磷蛋白的活性变化造成钙离子循环功能失调而导致心力衰竭的出现。
