摘要:
目的 探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因多态性与血脂水平、冠状动脉病变及其严重程度之间的关系。方法 采用PCRRFLPs法,对西安地区208例行冠状动脉造影的患者,进行脂蛋白脂酶基因第8内含子区Hind Ⅲ酶切位点多态性分析,依据显著病变(冠脉腔内狭窄率>50%)的冠脉支数确定冠状动脉病变严重程度。结果 脂蛋白脂酶基因Hind Ⅲ多态性与血浆甘油三酯水平及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平密切相关(P<0.01),与显著病变冠脉数相关(P<0.05)。结论 脂蛋白脂酶基因Hind Ⅲ多态性与冠状动脉病变严重程度间存在相关性,可能与动脉粥样硬化进展的机制有关。
Abstract:
AIM To explored the relationship between lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene polymorphic marker Hind Ⅲ at intron 8 and the severity of coronary heart disease. METHODS Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCRRFLP) was used to detect the LPL gene Hind Ⅲ polymorphism in 208 patients. The severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) was determined by the number of significantly stenosed major coronary arteries at angiography(>50% luminal obstruction) . RESULTS We found a significant association between Hind Ⅲ polymorphism and the number of significantly diseased vessels (P<0.05). There was also a close relationship between Hind Ⅲ polymorphism and levels of triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( P<0.01 respectively ). CONCLUSION The Hind Ⅲ polymorphism in lipoprotein lipase gene is significantly associated with CAD severity, independent of changes of circulating lipid and lipoprotein levels, which may be involved in atherogenesis.
