目的 研究外周血白细胞总数与急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者病死率的关系,为AMI预后提供预测。 方法 对1994年1月至2004年6月226例AMI患者进行随访(平均417 d)以确定其转归,回顾性分析患者入院时白细胞总数,有关病史及治疗措施。结果 白细胞总数与AMI病死率相关,随着白细胞数的增加,AMI病死率持续增加(P<0.01)。当白细胞数>1.10 ×1010/L时,AMI病死率是≤8.0×109/L时的2.5倍(P<0.01),0.81~1.10×1010/L时的1.8倍(P<0.05)。 结论 白细胞总数与AMI病死率有关。
Abstract:
AIM To examine the association between peripheral total leukocyte count and mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). METHODS We reviewed 226 AMI patients admitted between January 1994 and June 2004. Followup study was conducted (average 417 day). Multivariable Cox regression analysis and Chisquare analysis were performed to examine the relation between the total leukocyte count and mortality in AMI patients after early therapeutic interventions. RESULTS A highly significant association between leukocyte count and mortality existed as shown by multivariableadjusted regression analysis with demographic and clinical factors controlled. Patients with leukocyte count >1.1×1010/L were at higher risk of death than those with leukocyte count <1.1×1010/L. CONCLUSION Leukocyte count is a prognostic factor associated with increased mortality in patients with AMI.
