摘要:
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声监测下加压治疗股动脉穿刺后假性动脉瘤的疗效。方法 股动脉穿刺术后假性动脉瘤形成患者11 (男7,女4)例,年龄41~72(57±4)岁。在彩色多普勒血流显像的监测下,以交通口为中心,沿股动脉长轴方向,持续加压,间断放松。结果 10例(91%)患者加压治疗15~80 (48±14) min假性动脉瘤闭合,2 d、1周、3周后复查,均未见复发;1例加压20 min后,仍见分流,放弃治疗。结论 彩色多普勒超声监测下加压治疗股动脉穿刺术后假性动脉瘤有较高的临床价值。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate the efficacy of external compression treatment guided by color Doppler ultrasound in patients with postpuncture femoral artery aneurysm. METHODS Eleven patients (7 males and 4 females, 41 to 72 years) with postcatheterization femoral artery pseudoaneurysm were treated with highfrequency color Doppler ultrasoundguided external compression. RESULTS Ten out of 11 patients were cured by compression of 15~80 (48±14) minutes without recurrence during the 3week followup. The treatment failed in 1 case showing femoral artery pseudoaneurysm color flow shunt after 20minute compression. CONCLUSION Highfrequency color Doppler ultrasoundguided compression has potential value in the treatment of postpuncture femoral artery pseudoaneurysm.
