摘要:
目的 探讨声学密度定量技术用于尿毒症心肌损害程度测量的价值。方法 将64例尿毒症患者根据二维超声心动图 ( 2D ) 心肌回声强度等指标分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别进行声学密度检测, 并与21例正常人(C)组进行比较, 分析不同组间各项指标差异。 结果 尿毒症3组患者声学密度测值与正常组有显著性差异。 尿毒症3组间声学密度参数测值亦有显著性差异。 结论 声学密度定量分析技术对评价尿毒症心肌损害具有较大临床实用价值。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate quantitatively the myocardial damage of uremia in different types of twodimension echocardiography (2D) by acquisition densitometry (AD). METHODS Using HP Sonos 5500 with AD software to study 64 uremia patients who were divided intoⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups by the myocardial texture characterization using 2D and 21 normal patients (C group). The parameters of AD detection were PPI, AII and SDI. These parameters were obtained from intraventricular septum and posterior wall, anterior wall, lateral wall of left ventricle. RESULTS The parameters of AD in uremia patients were higher than those in C group. AII values were significantly different among Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups of uremia patients. AII value in Ⅲ group and Ⅱ group were higher than those in Ⅱ group andⅠgroup respectively (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Acquisition densitometry is of good clinical value in quantitatively detecting myocardial lesion in uremia patients.
