摘要:
目的 了解倍他乐克治疗围生期心肌病的临床效果。方法 回顾符合诊断标准的17名住院患者,按治疗方案分成两组:对照组(8例):给予地高辛0.125~0.250 mg/d, 间断使用双氢克尿噻25 mg, 1~3次/d,安体舒通20 mg, 1次/d;开搏通12.5 mg, 1~2次/d。倍他乐克组(9例):对照组用药+倍他乐克,开始剂量6.25 mg, 1次/d, 适应后加量至12.5 mg, 1~2次/d,维持4周,根据病情酌情给予抗凝治疗;分别测量两组的左室射血分数(LVEF)并计算住院时间。结果 两组患者的年龄、治疗前LVEF无明显差异;治疗后与对照组比较,倍他乐克组LVEF明显改善,心功能改善程度和住院时间两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 倍他乐克可明显提高LVEF,有效改善心功能,缩短住院时间,减轻患者负担,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the efficiency of Betaloc on peripartum cardiomyopathy. METHODS Seventeen patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups : the control group (n=8) and the Betaloc group (n=9). Patients in the control group were given Digoxin,DHCT,Antisterone,and Capotral, and those in the Betaloc group were given betaloc (from 6.25 mg Qd to 12.5 mg QdBid) in addition to the medicine given to the control group. LVEF were measured before and 4 weeks after the therapy. RESULTS LVEF in the Betaloc group was enhanced significantly than that in control group after therapy (P<0.05);and the hospitalized time could be obviously shortened compared with the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Betaloc increases LVEF and improves cardiac function in patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy.
