摘要:
缺血预适应(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)有强有力的保护效应,IPC现象的发现,为缺血/再灌注损伤的防治开拓了一个新的研究领域。本文对IPC的特点,各期的分子或细胞机制及其最新进展,以及IPC的临床应用前景进行探讨,并提出药物预适应可能是今后IPC临床应用的方向。
