摘要:
他汀类药物是目前临床应用最广泛的调脂药物,其调脂作用愈来愈受到关注。众多基础实验和临床研究证明,他汀类药物有延缓高血压病进程和改善心室重构作用。本文从他汀类药物对血管紧张素Ⅱ生成、血管内皮功能、血管平滑肌细胞、活性氧的影响等方面加以综述。
