摘要:
目的 探索心肌肥厚与Wnt信号途径活化的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法观察心肌细胞β连环蛋白(β-catenin)的表达,Western blot法测定c-myc蛋白的变化 。结果 肥厚心肌细胞β-连环蛋白表达高于对照组心肌细胞(P<0.01),c-myc蛋白表达高于对照组心肌细胞(P<0.01)。结论 Wnt信号途径与心肌肥厚有关。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the relation between cardiac muscle hypertrophy and Wnt signal pathway. METHODS Immunohistochemistry technique was used to determine the expression of β-catenin protein and western blot technique was used to detect the content of c-myc protein. RESULTS The β-catenin protein in hypertrophy cardiac cells was higher than that in normal cardiac cells(P<0.01)and the contents of c-myc protein in hypertrophy cardiac cells were higher than those in normal cardiac cells(P<0.01). CONCLUSION The Wnt signal pathway is related with cardiac muscle hypertrophy.
