摘要:
引起急性冠状动脉综合征的不稳定斑块的组织学特征是:纤维帽薄,脂核大及炎症细胞浸润。许多影像学检测方法能够识别这些特征。本文综述了有创性检测方法,如血管内超声、冠状动脉血管镜、血管内超声弹性图、光学相干断层扫描、温度显像及血管内磁共振显像,并讨论了这些方法的优缺点。
