摘要:
目的 探讨芪丹通脉片对大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(RMMI)的防治及其作用机制。方法 选用SD大鼠36只,随机分为6组 (n=6),即假手术组、模型组、芪丹通脉片低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组、恬尔心组,用生理盐水配制等体积药液灌胃14 d,1次/d。造成大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注模型,检测各组大鼠乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠LDH活性、MDA含量显著升高,SOD活性显著下降 (P<0.05)。与模型组比较芪丹通脉片各剂量组、恬尔心组LDH活性、MDA含量显著下降,SOD活力显著上升(P<0.05)。结论 芪丹通脉片对大鼠RMMI有显著的保护作用,可能与其有效地消除或抑制氧自由基的损伤有关。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effects of Qidantongmai Tablet (QDTMT) against rat reperfusion mediated myocardial injury(RMMI) and to explore its mechanism. METHODS Thirtysix SD rats were divided randomly into control group, QDTMT low dose group, QDTMT medium dose group, QDTMT high dose group, and Tianerxin group (n=6). Different preparations or normal saline was administered to the 6 groups at the same dosage once a day for 14 days before operation. Myocardial ischemia reperfusion models were then established and the activity of Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were studied. RESULTS Compared with those of control group, the activity of LDH and content of MDA in the model group were higher while the activity of SOD was lower and the differences were significantly (P<0.05). Compared with those of the model group, the activity of LDH decreased significantly, the content of MDA decreased significantly and the activity of SOD increased significantly (P<0.05) in different dose groups of QDTMT as well as the Tianerxin group. CONCLUSION QDTMT has some marked effects against RMMI in rats possibly by inhibiting or eliminating oxygen free radicals.
