摘要:
目的 评价以磷酸胆碱为载体的地塞米松涂层支架的安全性及近期有效性。方法 回顾分析83例接受地塞米松涂层支架置入术患者的即刻疗效和临床随访结果。结果 83例患者共处理116处病变,置入支架135枚,其中86处病变置入97枚地塞米松涂层支架。全部成功置入,手术过程及住院期间无严重并发症发生。83例患者随访3~18(8±4)月,无心源性死亡和心肌梗死发生,5例患者心绞痛再发,其中1例(1%)为地塞米松涂层支架内再狭窄,3例(10%)为普通金属支架内的再狭窄,地塞米松支架内再狭窄发生率显著低于普通支架(P<0.05)。1例为其他分支的新病变。结论 地塞米松涂层支架近期安全有效。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the efficacy and safety of phosphorylcholine dexamethasonecoated biodivYsio stents. METHODS The immediate angiographic and clinic followup outcomes of 83 patients receiving dexamethasonecoated biodivYsio stents were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS In the recruited 83 patients, 116 lesions were treated and 135 stents were implanted with 97 dexamethasonecoated biodivYsio stents implanted in 86 lesions. All stents were successfully implanted in all patients without serious complications during the operations and hospital stay. Clinical followup of the patients were conducted for (8±4)months. There was no cardiac death or myocardial infarction. Angina pectoris occurred in 5 patients. Angiography of all the 5 patients showed 1 restenosis in dexamethasonecoated biodivYsio stent and 3 restenosis in bare stents, and 1 new lesion in other coronary artery. CONCLUSION Dexamethasonecoated biodivYsio stents are safe and effective in the treatment of coronary lesions.
