目的 探讨冠心病不同类型患者中血清可溶性P选择素、白细胞介素18(IL18)水平与疾病严重程度、冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度是否相关。 方法 入选2006年5月至2006年11月冠心病患者包括急性冠脉综合征(ACS)和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)86例;用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清可溶性P选择素和IL18水平;对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者进行Braunwald分级,对急性心肌梗死患者进行Killip分级,对冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度按Gensini评分,用SPSS软件包进行统计学分析。 结果 ACS患者血清可溶性P选择素、IL18水平与疾病严重程度存在良好的相关性。ACS组P选择素和IL18水平高于SAP组,且与Gensini法评分呈线性正相关。 结论 ACS患者血清P选择素、IL18浓度与疾病的严重程度有一定的相关性, 与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄病变程度呈正相关。
Abstract:
AIM To elucidate whether the plasma concentrations of serum soluble Pselection and interleukin18 in different subtypes of coronary heart disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) are correlated with the severity of the diseases and whether Pselection and IL18 are reliable biochemical markers indicating the severity of ACS. METHODS Enrolled in this study were 86 patients in Cardiology Department of the Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2006 to November 2006. The spectrum of ACS only included unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The plasma concentrations of serum soluble Pselection and IL18 were measured by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay. The relationship between plasma soluble Pselection, IL18 levels and the coronary artery score (the severity of coronary heart disease) was assessed. Data were analyzed by SPSS. RESULTS The concentrations of serum soluble Pselection and IL18 in patients with ACS were dramatically correlative with the severity of the diseases. The levels of plasma soluble Pselection and IL18 were obviously higher in the acute coronary syndrome group than those in stable angina pectoris group. The two markers were positively correlated with the Gensini scores. CONCLUSION Plasma concentration of soluble Pselection and IL18 in patients with ACS can be used as reliable biochemical markers in assessing the degree of the disease. The positive correlation between the two markers and the coronary artery score may indicate that those levels might reflect the severity of coronary heart disease.
