摘要:
目的 观察红细胞膜脂流动性(LFU)在老年充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的变化及其意义。方法 选择CHF患者40例,正常对照者30例,用荧光分光光度计偏振技术测定外周血红细胞LFU。结果 CHF组红细胞LFU明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);心功能越差,LFU越低(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论 红细胞LFU在一定程度上反映了CHF程度。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the changes of 1ipid fluidity (LFU)of erythrocytes membrane in elderly patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). METHODS Retrospective study was carried out to measured the LFU of erythrocytes membrane in the peripheral blood of 40 patients with CHF and 30 contro1s by fluorescence po1arization analysis. RESULTS The LFU of erythrocytes in CHF was apparently decreased compared with that in contro1(P<0.01). The worse was the cardiac function, the lower was the LFU value of erythrocytes(P<0.05 and 0.01,at 7th day and 21st day after hospitalization). CONCLUSION The decrease of the LFU of erythrocytes membrane in peripheral blood may reflects the severity of CHF to some extent.
