摘要:: Lp-PLA2主要由巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞产生，是一个新的炎症标志，在动脉粥样硬化（AS）形成中起重要作用。许多研究表明，Lp-PLA2是冠心病危险的独立预测因子，抑制Lp-PLA2可能有抗AS的效应。
