摘要:
目的 探讨屏气磁共振电影成像(CineMRI)对冠心病患者左心室整体功能的评价。方法 对34例获得冠状动脉导管造影(CCA)结果的冠心病患者行CineMRI获得短轴位和垂直长轴位电影图像,测量左心室整体功能参数,以CCA判断的冠状动脉狭窄程度为金标准,对各项整体功能参数行统计学评价。结果 冠心病患者表现为心肌质量和心室容积增加,前者具有相对较高的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,舒张期的改变较收缩期敏感; EF和SV下降,具有较高的特异度。结论 屏气CineMRI能够较好地评价左心室整体功能,客观反映冠心病患者左心室整体功能的收缩、舒张状态。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the evaluation of LV global function parameters in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) using breathhold cineMRI. METHODS CineMRI was performed on 34 CHD patients who had undergone coronary catheter angiography (CCA). From shortaxis and perpendicular longaxis images, global function parameters were measured. We took coronary stenosis judged by CCA as golden criterion and calculated statistical indices for global function parameters. RESULTS Myocardial mass and LV volume increased in CHD patients, EDM showing a relatively high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, especially during diastolic stage. EF and SV decreased, with a relatively high specificity. CONCLUSION Breathhold cineMRI provides a better assessment for LV global function, objectively reflecting LV global systolic and diastolic status of patients with CHD.
