摘要:: 目的探讨脑钠尿肽（BNP）评价老年非心脏手术心血管事件的价值。方法比较分析BNP与Goldman评分两种方法对64例老年非心脏手术中评价心血管事件的价值。结果术前血浆BNP浓度>100 ng/L和Goldman评分≥13与心脏事件发生有关，BNP水平与Goldman评分相比敏感性（100％ vs 50％）和准确度高（94％ vs 75%）(均P<0.01)。结论血浆BNP浓度较Goldman评分对老年非心脏手术心血管事件有更好的评价价值。

Abstract:: AIM To explore the value of BNP for cardiac surgery in the aged patients. METHODS BNP was compared with Goldman score in the evaluation of cardiac stroke without cardiac surgery in 64 aged patients. RESULTS A preoperative BNP concentration>100 ng/L and Score of Goldman ≥13 were related to cardiac events. Compared with the Score of Goldman ≥13, the BNP concentration>100 ng/L had a greater sensitivity（100％ vs 50％）and accuracy（92% vs 75%）for cardiac events. CONCLUSION The BNP concentration>100 ng/L is better than the Score of Goldman in evaluating cardiac stroke without cardiac surgery in the aged patients.
