摘要:
目的 比较伴有心房颤动和窦性心律的慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者白细胞介素6(IL6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平变化,探讨其与CHF患者心房颤动中的关系。方法 选择已经治疗病情稳定的CHF患者67例(其中伴有心房颤动患者32例和窦性节律患者35例),检测其IL6、CRP和AngⅡ水平,通过超声心动图测定CHF患者的左室射血分数。结果 伴有心房颤动患者的IL6、CRP和AngⅡ水平较窦性心律患者有显著差异。结论 炎症和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统与CHF患者的心房颤动有关联。
Abstract:
AIM To compare the levels of interleukin6 (IL6), Creactive protein (CRP) and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) in chronic heart failure(CHF) patients with atrial fibrillation and CHF patients with sinus rhythm and to explore the effect of IL6, CRP and AngⅡ on the atrial fibrillation in the chronic heart failure patients. MEDTHODS The levels of IL6, CRP and AngⅡ were detected in sixtyseven stable chronic heart failure patients and left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF) was measured by echocardiography in all the patients. RESULTS The levels of IL6, CRP and AngⅡ in patients with atrial fibrillation were obviously higher than those in patients with sinus rhythm. CONCLUSION Both inflammation and Reninangiotensinaldosterone system may play some important roles in CHF patients with atrial fibrillation.
