摘要:: 基质细胞衍生因子1（SDF1）及其受体CXCR4在人和动物的生理和病理过程中起着重要作用，因其与血管发生、心脏发生以及造血祖细胞的迁移关系密切，故而关于SDF1/CXCR4与心脏疾病的关系开始引起研究者的注意，本文就SDF1/CXCR4与心肌梗死、心衰、房颤等临床常见病的关系作一综述
