摘要:: 妊娠相关蛋白-A（PAPP-A）是金属蛋白锌家族中的一员，最初在妊娠妇女的血浆中发现。用于婴儿唐氏综合征的诊断。近来发现PAPP-A也存在于非孕妇的非胎盘组织，在男性体内亦存在。外周血PAPP-A浓度最近已被推荐作为急性冠脉综合征的生物学标记物。高血压病患者PAPP-A浓度显著偏高。PAPP-A可能通过胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)影响心血管系统。
