摘要:
目的 探讨能正确评价冠心病严重程度的简单易行的冠状动脉评分方法。方法 将207例行冠状动脉造影的患者分为对照组和冠心病组,根据冠脉损害的严重程度,分别用Leaman评分法,Gensini评分法,美国心脏病学会/美国心脏协会(ACC/AHA)评分法和自行研制的简易评分法进行评分。采用相关分析、方差分析和Logistic回归分析,进行分析与比较。结果 4种评分方法彼此高度相关,并且与冠心病显著相关。结论 4种评分方法均可作为诊断冠心病的指标,简易评分法值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
AIM To study coronary scoring system for determining coronary heart diseases. METHODS A study of 207 patients with or without coronary heart disease was performed. Leaman coronary scoring system, Gensini coronary scoring system, ACC/AHA coronary scoring systems and our Facility coronary scoring system were assessed in determining the coronary heart diseases. Multiple statistical analysis methods were used. RESULTS The four coronary scoring systems were closely correlated with each other in determining coronary heart diseases. CONCLUSION Any of the four coronary scoring systems can be used as a diagnosis standard in diagnosis of coronary heart diseases. The use of our facility coronary scoring system can be expanded in clinical practice.
