摘要:
内源性硫化氢(H2S)是新近发现的第3个气体信使分子,在心血管系统,具有舒张血管、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖、心肌负性肌力等多种生物学效应,同时外源性H2S具有抑制细胞氧化磷酸化功能,具有保护心肌,防止缺血/再灌注损伤和保护移植供心等多种功能。本文就H2S对心血管作用的最新研究进展作一综述。
