摘要:
血管壁的炎症在冠状动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生、发展中起着本质的作用。妊娠相关血浆蛋白A可能参与血管壁的炎症反应，是AS斑块不稳定的标记物，可用于协助诊断急性冠脉综合征(ACS)、对ACS患者进行危险性分层以及评价其预后等。
