摘要:: 目的: 观察冠心病患者冠脉支架植入前后，血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化。方法: 冠心病患者30例在冠脉支架植入前后，分别于空腹12 h后清晨采集静脉血5 ml。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定外周血清IL-18的浓度，选用全自动生化分析仪测定CRP的含量，并比较冠脉支架植入术前后IL-18和CRP水平的变化。结果: 冠脉支架植入术前，血清IL-18的平均浓度为（1.42±0.47）ng/L，术后平均浓度为（2.64±0.54）ng/L，两者比较差异具有显著性（P<0.01）。术前血清CRP的平均浓度为（5.26±1.28）mg/L，术后平均浓度为（11.86±1.61）mg/L，两者比较差异也具有显著性（P<0.01）。结论: 冠脉支架植入术对血清IL-18及CRP的水平有明显影响。

Abstract:: AIM: To observe the changes of the levels of interleukin-18 (IL-18) and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after intracoronary stent in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: Five ml blood was collected during the early morning from peripheral vein before and after intracoronary stent treatment in 30 CHD patients. IL-18 was detected with ELISA, and CRP was measured with an automatic biochemical analyzer. RESULTS: The concentration of IL-18 was significantly elevated after intracoronary stent ［(2.64±0.54)ng/L vs. (1.42±0.47)ng/L, P<0.01］. The concentration of CRP was also significantly elevated after intracoronary stent ［(11.86±1.61) mg/L vs. (5.26±1.28) mg/L, P<0.01］. CONCLUSION: Concentrations of IL-18 and CRP in CHD patients are significantly elevated after intracoronary stent.
