摘要:
间充质干细胞是一种具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在体内、体外可以被诱导分化为心肌细胞。心肌梗死造成大量的功能心肌细胞丧失,引起心室重构和功能失常,导致心脏功能衰竭。间充质干细胞心肌梗死后体内移植可以“归巢”到梗死区,定向分化为心肌细胞,改善受损心脏功能,被认为是细胞移植的理想种子细胞。本文综述间充质干细胞生物学特性及其体内移植心肌再生治疗心肌梗死的最新研究进展。
Abstract:
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have plutipotential which has been comfirmed in vivo and in vitro. MSCs can differentiate into multilineages including cardiomyocyte. MI leads to a mass loss of functional myocytes, promoting the ventricular remodeling and ventricular dysfunction, and eventually causes congestive heart failure. When implanted into the infarct region, MSC can home to the injured,differentiate into cardiomyoctye and make some improvement of the heart function. So MSCs are excepted to be an ideal cell source of cell transplantation and regenerative medicine. The article is to review the recent progression in MSCs transplantation for myocardial regeneration.
