内源性心脏干细胞的研究进展

摘要:
近年研究发现,在正常和病变的心脏组织中都有染色体有丝分裂象和胞质的分裂,并出现了分裂前后细胞表面标志物的变化,这说明心脏组织内有些细胞具有更新和分化能力。能够在心脏组织中发挥修复作用的细胞有两种来源,一是外源性的干细胞通过血液在心脏定植转分化为心肌组织;另一个是内源性心脏干细胞(endogenous cardiac stem cells,ECSC),在促分化因素作用下进入细胞分裂循环。本文主要讨论ECSC研究的进展。
