摘要:
恢复冠状动脉血流和心肌再灌注对于缺血缺氧的心肌复苏是十分必要的,然而缺血心肌在再灌注时也可导致心肌损伤。腺苷是组织缺血时所释放的一种内源性生理活性物质,越来越多的证据证明,腺苷在心血管疾病的治疗中发挥着重要作用,尤其是对心肌的保护作用倍受关注,本文就此方面的研究现状作一综述。
