摘要:
近年研究表明,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶是血管活性氧的主要来源。当活性氧的生成与清除平衡失调时,过多的活性氧可通过多种途径造成血管壁的损伤,成为致动脉粥样硬化(AS)的危险因素。在人和实验动物的AS病变部位,也发现NADPH氧化酶的活性与表达异常,NADPH氧化酶特异性抑制剂作为防治AS新的治疗靶标成为研究者们感兴趣的课题。
