凋亡显像在心血管疾病中的应用

摘要:
在动脉粥样硬化性血管疾病、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、慢性心功能衰竭、心肌病及心脏移植排斥反应中,都存在大量的细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡的严重程度直接影响患者的预后。近年来,分子影像的发展使无创性检测心血管系统细胞凋亡成为可能,并显示出广阔的前景。本文将对近年心血管领域细胞凋亡显像研究的现状作一综述。
